Indian Head Massage

Traditionally done while seated but can be adapted to laying down, this massage experience focusses on working to release tension from the neck, shoulders and the head. Different techniques are blended together, using both Marma points and acupressure points as well to add deeper benefits to the nervous system and whole body experience.

Given how much tension we create with busy lifestyles, sedentary jobs and driving, this often settles in the neck and shoulders contributing to headaches. Emotional stress is also often carried in the shoulders, as if we carry the weight of the world with us. Working with gentle release stretches and tension points, you’ll be feeling more at ease in no time.
