Pilates Equipment:
Using an assortment of fun equipment can really add some spice and focus to what we do, this might include resistance straps or bands, the infamous magic circle, hand weights, small balls, sliders or foam rollers. There will be infinite ways to encourage challenge in a fun and surprising way!
Prenatal/Postnatal:
Perfect for 1:1 as every mother has a unique time during development of pregnancy, and it’s really important that every session is tailored to what your body is experiencing. Before birth this can be a really great low impact way to help reduce back pain and maintain body strength, and after birth it is brilliant for supporting pelvic floor strengthening again, as well as the core.
Aerial Pilates:
Next level, literally. Using the aerial hammock to adapt Pilates movements for a uniquely different way of challenging stability and finding strength. Plus, it can be very fun to add something so unusual among more typical exercise sessions. You have the ability to use the full 360 of movement available, including hanging upside down….
