Hypnotherapy helps us to get in touch with our inner self. Sometimes it can feel like we get in our own way too often, and we want to change how we think and feel about something. By working within the space of conscious mind and unconscious mind, you’re brought into a relaxed space, slowing the brain wave state.
Here we’re able to help you reinforce the changes you’re hoping to see. It may take a few sessions working on different aspects around the greater issue for bigger changes, and some people appreciate having ad hoc top-up sessions when life throws up more challenges, this is all entirely up to you.

Hypnotherapy has been found to be successful in supporting a whole range of issues; weight management, to stop smoking, phobias, stress, self-confidence, motivation, anxiety and much more. It is important to feel confident with your therapist, and ask all the questions you need, so that you can tailor sessions entirely to your own experiences.
