No need for waffle, here’s the long and short:
– Any information collected on paper will be kept in a secure locked file box, in a secure space.
– Your information will only be kept for the minimum legal required time, which is as long as the expected tenure of our engagement, plus a margin.
– When it is time to destroy your information, it will be destroyed completely and irrevocably (probably by fire).
– If you ask me to destroy it earlier than the expected tenure of our agreement, this is allowed but will terminate any further work together, pending re-contracting.
– I will never share your information with any other party unless legally required to do so or believe there to be a safeguarding issue of risk.
