Psychotherapeutic Counselling

Currently in training for my Level 5, and insured to practice as a student alongside professional placement.

I utilise an integrative approach; Psychodynamic (linking to history to understand the present), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (looking at moving towards a different future) and Person-Centred (always holding the client at the centre of the work, letting you decide what is important and where to focus on each session).

Sometimes it can feel like we have nobody to talk to, and a friendly stranger might be really useful to simply listen to what we’re going through. There’s no judgement or criticism, it’s a space where you can be you and start to make a little more sense of things that are weighing on your mind. We’ll begin with a consultation to ensure that we’re a good fit for each other, because that’s as important as everything that follows.
