Qi Gong

Gentle moving meditation connecting body and breath, rooted in the Traditional Chinese Medicine understanding of Meridian energy systems.

By working with the Three Treasures, we are able to improve health, resilience and longevity, as often imbalance will bring up symptoms that we can understand by considering which system is being Impacted. Qi (breath and energy which permeates the whole body), Shen (spirit and mental energy), and Jing (essence, life foundation) are the three aspects of self that guide our health.

Qi Gong practices typically works across all the systems and balancing the whole body, but can be more ‘prescribed’ based on what you need most, including offering this as homework to continue between sessions. We might include acupressure points and meditation to support the benefits of practice.
