A unique blend of two beautiful eastern practices, yoga and Qi Gong brought together with Meridian energy systems in mind. This can be more fiery or slow and gentle as needed, depending on the season, sense of vitality or fluidity of Qi that you are looking to nourish.

This practice can be tailored individually to support physical and mental health wellness, working to support the somatic and energetic layers of the self. Including breath focus and meditation connects the mind, body and spirit together in the practice.
