Restorative Yoga

The ultimate in relaxation, utilising a whole host of props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, sand bags and anything else at all to support the comfort and ease of the body. This a very slow space of choosing comfort, listening in more deeply to the communication of the body.

Poses are held for 5 minutes or more, letting the body gently open into softening, and a time that can be spent inward, either meditating, or focusing on the flow or breath and mindfulness.
