Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of meridian acupuncture points to support energy of the body systems and overall wellbeing.

Acupuncture:
This is the methodology that has been practiced for thousands of years through Traditional Chinese Medicine. The body has meridian pathways of energy, 12 primary systems which connect to the energy flow of different organ roots, and create a cycle through Yin and Yang encompassing the whole body in balance. Different organ systems are associated with emotions and ailments, the points along the pathways can help to encourage more energy or dispel excess energy to help us find balance again.

Dry Needling:
Utilising the needles to work with trigger points, areas of tension and binding in the muscles. Often soft tissue disfunctions can accumulate and may be hard to release, needle work is really effective for encouraging tension to ease and to unbind fascia.
