Kundalini Yoga

Quite a powerful practice, Kundalini incorporates strong breathwork, repeating movements building energy in the body and focus on overcoming limitations.


The Kundalini energy is like a serpent coiled at the base of the spine, this practice is to bring agni (fire) and prana (life force) to awaken the serpent to wind its way up the spine, invigorating the chakras towards enlightenment.

You can expect fiery energising pranayama, strong asana postures, mudra hand positions, mantra chanting and a deeply personal connection to your inner truth.
