People say we are what we eat, and to a point this is true. Our cells are regularly being renewed, and the building blocks of this comes from the food and drink we take in. It can be hard to know where to start, there are so many ways to approach changing what we eat, and my belief is that positivity experiences are key!
What you want is central, and we’ll look at options from a multi-disciplinary approach, you’ll decide how you want to move forward with your goals. Nutrition may be something you look to change to improve illness, fitness, pregnancy, general wellbeing or aging concerns.
