Physiotherapy covers a wide range of rehabilitation needs; musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiology and neurological form the main 4 areas, though it’s also important to know that we all benefit from physio, not just when something’s going wrong!

Starting from assessment, listening to what you’re feeling and where the challenges are. Using testing methodology to help figure out likely issues or where we’re starting from, and then developing a treatment/progression plan centred around your goals.

Whether it’s a sports or activity-related issue or wanting to regain more functional independence and confidence, physiotherapy can be a really important part of the puzzle. As an integrative therapist, we might include
– targeted exercise; stretching and strengthening
– sports or relaxation style massage
– myofascial cupping
– acupuncture and dry needling
– coaching or counselling support
