I have worked across a number of different sectors delivering different wellness practices:
– NHS workshops: focused on pain rehabilitation and in developing resilience skills, this incorporated psychoeducation, mindfulness, meditation, somatic movement, chair yoga, breath work, nutrition and exploring different self support strategies
– Teaching studio-based classes: slow flow yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, aerial yoga (beginners, intermediate, advanced, stretch, movement meditation and nidra), Pilates and Pilates equipment classes, Qi Gong, and QiYo.
– Studio-based private bookings: 90min aerial experiences sessions
– Teaching in Community: fun and affordable classes to support the lovely community, teaching the same high quality as you’d experience in studio in yoga stretch and Pilates with equipment
– Teaching weekly beginners yoga for a sober living rehab centre, incorporating mantra and mindful focus
With such a wide toolkit to choose from, sessions can be fully tailored to what is best suited to the client or group, whatever the need may be!
