Strala Yoga

The Tai Chi way of yoga, bringing more ease and fluidity to your movement practice. Blending more traditionally taught yoga postures with the movement principles of softness and circles, this becomes a unique experience for connecting body and mind.

Letting the breath move the body, finding more fluidity and feeling within poses and transitions, utilising the healing foundations of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, to cultivate energy and wellbeing.
