Yoga Flow

Yoga can be tailored to offer so many different styles and experiences, building strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. It also goes much deeper than the physical practice, connecting us to breath, somatic sensation, discovering philosophy, and building a positive relationship with ourselves.
