Vinyasa is a fairly modern branch of yoga, and offers the most creativity as the focus is on transitions between the poses, fun ways of linking the body through space. This can be taught through a variety of levels, from beginner where the pace is more relaxed and there is time given to settling into feeling poses, through to advanced practices with arm balance transitions and inversions thrown in!
This also means the practice can be highly customisable and rewarding for those that like to encounter something new.
